The Main Branch is located next to the Huron Indian Cemetery (Wyandot National Burying Ground) in downtown Kansas City, Kansas. Its Kansas Room collection includes Wyandot documents, Quindaro history, and more.
The Main Library proudly houses the Kansas City, Kansas Public Library's Kansas Collection. The Kansas Collection primarily focuses on Kansas City, Kansas, Wyandotte County and the State of Kansas.
The collection includes books about Kansas and by Kansas authors along with clipping files on local topics of interest, materials relating to local schools and historic maps.
