Woodson County Historical Society Museum

All age levels are welcome to learn what it was like to live in Woodson County during the 19th and 20th centuries. The museum features four 19th Century rooms, a dressmaker's shop, an early photography shop, and a toyshop for the young at heart. Local history displays features farming tools used, original one room school, a country church and a railroad display. For the military history buff, the museum features a Civil War display, Spanish-American war display, World War One and World War Two displays, and a Vietnam War display. Brochures are available at the Woodson County Chamber of Commerce and various locations throughout town.
